    CYG DM and Inovance Joint Power Thailand Deepen International Cooperation in New Energy Sector

    Recently, CYG DM, a subsidiary of Changyuan Technology Group LTD.(CYG), has entered a new chapter of cooperation with Inovance Joint Power Thailand, significantly expanding their collaborative scope. CYG DM successfully delivered the multi-in-one intelligent manufacturing production line project for Inovance to its production base in Thailand in May 2024. The initial installation and commissioning phase has been completed, marking the project’s readiness to enter the pilot production stage.

    This project not only represents CYG DM's first breakthrough in the Southeast Asian market but also serves as a key milestone in the company’s global strategic journey, showcasing its commitment and capability in expanding into international markets.

    The production line, designed by CYG DM based on domestic and international electric drive experiences, features a highly flexible intelligent assembly line with the following eight key characteristics:

    1. Comprehensive Production Process

    The project consists of an electrical control assembly line, rotor assembly line, gearbox assembly line, final assembly line, complete machine testing, a full line control system, a traceability system, and an upper-level monitoring system.

    2. Full Data Monitoring

    The upper-level monitoring system provides a clear view of equipment operation status and fault diagnostics on site, while enabling data collection, storage, querying, and report generation.

    3. Strict Traceability of Components

    The Daming traceability system allows for tracking and querying the serial numbers of all components in any product. It ensures batch traceability of all parts (bearings, outer rings, oil seals, bolts, etc.) and precise traceability of critical components (rotors, gearboxes, controllers, etc.).

    4. Transparent Production Status

    The traceability system enables retrieval of assembly and measurement data for any motor at key workstations.

    5. Complete Error Prevention Mechanism

    Through error-proofing and rework strategies, the entire line is designed to eliminate defects, ensuring that no defects are made, accepted, or passed on.

    6. Optimized Internal Logistics

    The production process logistics and raw material supply logistics are streamlined using friction roller conveyors, ensuring smooth operations between assembly lines.

    7. Flexible Production

    When switching models, the production process can automatically identify the model via a barcode scanner, adjusting station programs, power head positions, or equipment actions accordingly to enable flexible manufacturing.

    8. Standardized Design

    Equipment is configured with the company’s standardized components, maintaining a unified design style across the entire line. The mature modular design has been proven over time to significantly reduce design and manufacturing costs while ensuring high quality. It also offers flexibility for future expansion, with sufficient room for upgrades.

    During the project’s implementation, the CYG DM team from the East China base replicated the layout of the Thailand site in Kunshan, efficiently completing the installation and commissioning. After successfully passing the customer’s pre-acceptance test, the production line was seamlessly transferred to the Thailand factory, leading to the smooth rollout of the first product. The entire process, from project initiation to shipment, took only 60 days, while the time from shipment arrival to the first product launch was a record-breaking 20 days. This achievement not only set a new benchmark for production line delivery but also earned high praise and trust from the client.
